We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping information, order details, break selections, and communications with us. Stripe processes payment-card information; Big Sky Breaks does not directly receive or store your complete card number.
How we use information

- Communicate about purchases, scheduled breaks, support, and account security.
- Send news about future breaks and products only when you have chosen to receive marketing emails.
- Prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and maintain business and tax records.
- Operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the website.
Marketing email choices
Marketing email signup is optional and is not required to make a purchase. You may unsubscribe from promotional email at any time using the link included in each marketing message. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary order, payment, shipping, security, or customer-service communications.
Service providers
We use service providers including Stripe for payments, Supabase for application data and authentication, Vercel for website hosting, an email delivery provider for consented communications, and shipping carriers for delivery. They receive information only as needed to provide their services and are governed by their own privacy practices.
Retention and disclosure
We retain information as reasonably necessary for orders, support, fraud prevention, accounting, taxes, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect customers, Big Sky Breaks, or the public.

You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information, subject to records we must retain for legitimate business or legal purposes.
