Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a purchase agreement to buy from Big Sky Breaks. Purchases are void where prohibited.
How a card break works
A purchase assigns the customer the team or spot identified at checkout for the named break. The purchase is for the cards assigned under the published break format—not for a guaranteed number, type, condition, or value of cards. Sealed products have random contents.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to every purchase from Big Sky Breaks, including break spots, individual cards, card lots, and sealed wax or other sealed products. The agreement shown in the shopping cart applies to every item included in that checkout.
Card assignment
Cards are assigned according to the team represented on the card unless the break listing states another rule. Multi-team cards will be assigned by a fair random method among the represented teams unless one purchaser owns every represented team. Cards with no current team designation will be assigned using the rule announced for that break.
Scheduling and recording
Break times are estimates and may change while a break fills or due to reasonable operational issues. Breaks may be livestreamed or recorded. By purchasing, you agree that your first name or account name and purchased team may be displayed or announced.
Payments and availability
A team is not secured until checkout is successfully completed. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. We may reject or refund orders affected by fraud, technical errors, duplicate reservations, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.
Singles and card lots
Unless a listing clearly says otherwise, ungraded singles and card lots are described as Near Mint or Better. This is a general condition description—not a grading guarantee. Listing photographs show the exact single or lot offered unless the listing clearly identifies a stock image. Customers must inspect all available photos, descriptions, quantities, and disclosed condition before purchasing.
Sealed wax and sealed products
Sealed products contain randomized manufacturer contents. A purchase does not guarantee any particular card, player, team, autograph, memorabilia card, parallel, grade, or resale value. Manufacturer shortages, collation, redemption terms, and factory defects are governed by the manufacturer when applicable.
Cart review and acceptance
Before payment, customers must review the cart and affirmatively accept these Purchase Terms and the linked Refund, Shipping, and Privacy Policies. Big Sky Breaks records the version and time of that acceptance with the order.
Condition and manufacturer issues
Cards are opened live and handled with reasonable care. Big Sky Breaks does not guarantee grading results and is not responsible for manufacturer collation, missing promised box content, factory damage, centering, print lines, surface defects, or other production issues. We will reasonably assist with available manufacturer claim information.
