Where we ship
Big Sky Breaks currently ships to valid addresses within the United States.
Processing time
Break shipments are normally sorted, packed, and sent within three to five business days after the break is completed. Weekends, holidays, unusually large breaks, or carrier disruptions may extend that timeframe.
Shipping address
Orders ship to the address provided during Stripe Checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; an address cannot be changed after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
Combined shipping charge
A flat $5.99 shipping charge applies once per checkout. Customers may select multiple teams from the same break in one cart without paying an additional shipping charge for each team.
Packaging and tracking
Cards are packaged with reasonable protection based on the shipment contents. Tracking will be provided when included with the selected shipping service. Purchases made in separate checkout sessions may be combined into one package when practical, but each checkout is still subject to its displayed shipping charge.
Carrier issues
Carrier estimates are not guaranteed. If tracking shows a delay, loss, or delivery problem, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.
